You need to make sure you can never be connected
to the kills you pull off. This means constantly changing your cell phones and
vehicles. It means avoiding being witnessed with others that might be tied to
the hit. It’s also helpful to have a secret place where you can store your
weapons.

death” experience. You collect the cash only when a third party confirms your
mark has expired.
