ARC ebook review: He's So Fine (Lucky Harbor #11) by Jill Shalvis

Available Sept 30
ARC ebook provided by Netgalley

For Olivia Bentley, Lucky Harbor is more than the town where she runs her new vintage shop. It's the place where folks are friendly to strangers-and nobody knows her real name. Olivia does a good job of keeping her past buried, not getting too cozy with anyone . . . until she sees a man drowning. Suddenly she's rushing into the surf, getting up close and personal with the hottest guy she's ever laid hands on.

Charter boat captain Cole Donovan has no problem with a gorgeous woman throwing her arms around his neck in an effort to "save" him. In fact, he'd like to spend a lot more time skin-to-skin with Olivia. He's just not expecting that real trouble is about to come her way. Will it bring her deeper into Cole's heart, or will it be the end of Olivia's days in little Lucky Harbor?

As we get ever closer to the last book in the Lucky Harbor series I'm reminded how i got hooked on book one with the original three ladies and their books. I have book one in audio as well and i enjoy listening to it and taking myself back. Do you re-read a series that has had a big impact on you? If it's a Jill Shalvis book i could totally see that, as her books always, always make me laugh, make me enjoy someone else's life for 300 or so pages. Olivia Bentley  makes a big impression on Cole Donovan when she literally jumps on his head and just about drowns him in her attempt to save him when he falls into the water. Even though Olivia tries to keep to herself now that she's brought herself front and center with Cole she's on his radar. Cole is a helper and a fixer so he's one to just jump right in and help anywhere he can. He's had a relationship in his past that left him feeling betrayed in the end and he's guarded his heart since then. Olivia is hiding something about her past that she wants to leave in the past and it's such a biggie that when she finally decides to tell him about it's hard to find the perfect moment and then it's to late. Loved these characters. Once again Jill Shalvis get's you to invest in her characters and care about them.  The secondary character's as always jump in and out of the story to entertain you as well. Not sure if i can bear to see this series comes to end but I can't wait to read the last book. It's great but bad at the same time but as always exciting!
